Danika has been living in Colorado since 1996. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education & Special Education and a M. A. in Curriculum and Instruction. Danika has worked in DPS since 1997; the majority of those years spent with students identified as highly gifted and/or twice exceptional. She returned to the classroom and joined Westerly Creek Elementary in 2013 after taking three years off to be with her three children. She enjoys family time, reading, running and anything that gets her up in the mountains. She’s thrilled to be a part of the WCE staff and community!
