Mrs. B. is originally from Minnesota but has called Denver her home for 13 years now. She has a B.S. in English and Early Childhood Education endorsement from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Mrs. B. has worked for the Denver Public Schools since 2006, and she has been teaching at Westerly Creek since 2009. She enjoys kick boxing, gardening, reading, skiing, being outside, exploring in the mountains, and hiking. Most of all, she cherishes time spent with her husband Okoth, daughter Sophia who is a kindergartner at Westerly Creek, and the newest addition to the family, Lily who is ten months old.
