Andrew Stees
Special Education Faculty - Intermediate Grades


Andrew is originally from Maine and has lived in Colorado for many years. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University, his M.A. in special education from Cal State San Marcos in California and an Applied Behavior Analysis certification from University Colorado Denver. Andrew has previously taught in grades K-8 special education resource and grades K-12 special education autism center. He began working in DPS in 2005 and joined Westerly Creek Elementary in 2016. When he’s not teaching Andrew enjoys his time hiking, camping, exercising, watching baseball, cooking, and relaxing with his wife.
