WCE Summer Device Program – Required OPT IN / OUT Form Due MAY 21

Present – Friday, May 21, 2021

All WCE families are required to OPT IN or OUT of the Summer Device Program by completing THE WCE SUMMER DEVICE FORM for all students who currently attend WCE by May 21, 2021.

 

Monday, May 24, 2021

Westerly Creek Elementary will collect ALL DPS-loaned K-5 devices for In-Person Students.

Remote students will turn in their devices May 28. 

 

Wednesday-Thursday, May 26-27th

Summer devices will be distributed at WCE to in-person students.

 

Friday, May 28th

Remote Student chromebook and charger return day.

If applicable: Requested Summer device pick-up for Remote Students.

Please Note

WCE students and families are responsible for the use and care of the checked out Summer device. 

  • Damaged devices will incur a repair fee based on the damage(s). 
  • Lost or stolen devices will incur a $250 replacement fee. 
  • Summer devices will be collected at WCE by August 27th.
  • 5th Grade students who check out a summer device will take that device to their Middle School and not return it to WCE.
