Absences

Please follow the checklist below to ensure that your child does not fall behind in their academics due to an absence.

1. Call the front office at 720-424-3168 or log your child’s absence in your Parent Portal to notify WCE of the absence.
2. E-mail both of your child’s teachers or send them a message via the Remind App to notify them of the absence.
3. Encourage your child to complete any assigned work before returning to school if they are well enough.

Tardies

Students who arrive after 8:10am must check in with an administration staff member at the front office by the EAST entrance.

Students will then be released to their classroom.
