Before & After School Child Care
Discovery Link is a licensed childcare program offered at select DPS schools. Our center at Westerly Creek serves children ages 4 to 12 before school and after school. The Westerly Creek morning program runs from 6:30 AM until the first morning bell at 8:10 AM. The afternoon/evening program runs from 3:10 PM until 6:00 PM.
AM Participation Fee: $12.00 per day per child
PM Participation Fee: $18.00 per day per child
Registration Fee: $50.00
CAMP Day Fee: $55.00 per day per child
ELCS/Discovery Link Discounts are available
- Sibling Discount: We offer a 10% discount for all sibling accounts. The discount will be applied to the oldest child’s account.
- Free or Reduced Lunch Discount: Financial assistance is available for families who qualify for DPS’s Free & Reduced Lunch program. The discount is 30% off the regular tuition rate. The discount does not apply to additional fees including, but not limited to, registration, field trips, unscheduled
attendance, or late pickup fees. Families who wish to utilize this discount must email a copy of their authorization letter to discovery_link@dpsk12.org. The 30% discount will be applied once the authorization is received.
- A new authorization letter will be required each school year.
**We do not stack discounts. Students who receive the FRL discount are NOT eligible for a sibling discount.

Winter 2024-2025 Enrichment Information
Extended Learning is extremely excited to announce the Winter Enrichment Programming at Westerly Creek for the 2024-2025 School Year!The Winter Enrichment Session begins on Tuesday, December 3rd. Our Enrichment Coordinator has been working towards building traditionally robust programming you have come to know and love and we have some new and fun classes on the Winter Schedule. The Winter Brochure is a live document and any additions or cancellations will be updated as we get them.As a reminder, registration will be on a first come, first served basis, but we will create a waitlist for classes. As we get closer to the start of registration communication will be sent out with information on how to register for classes.Most enrichment classes offer scholarships and they are limited.
