Jennifer was born in Hutchinson, Kansas, and has lived in Colorado since 1993. She has a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Literacy Focus and an Endorsement in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado’s Center for Urban Education. Jennifer has worked for the Denver Public Schools since 2004, and she has been teaching at Westerly Creek since August 2010. Jennifer enjoys traveling, reading, being outside, spending time with her nieces, doing various types of art, taking her dogs on hikes, and playing in the sand at the beach.
